Paris Jackson Transferred to the Same Hospital Where Michael Jackson Died

Paris Jackson was transfered to UCLA Medical Center this evening, effectively ending her 72-hour psychiatric hold, and TMZ has the exclusive video of her being wheeled into the hospital.
As TMZ first reported, Jackson was rushed to the hospital early Wednesday morning after Jackson allegedly cut her forearm with a meat cleaver. Jackson was taken to a local hospital and placed under  a 5150 psychiatric hold for 72 hours.
Our photog spotted Jackson and a slew of bodyguards outside UCLA Medical Center as Jackson was being wheeled in this afternoon. Our photog tried to get an update on Paris' condition from one of the bodyguards. He was mum, but his mood suggested Jackson was doing better.
The Jackson family is no stranger to UCLA Medical Center -- Michael was taken there when he went into cardiac arrest on June 25, 2009. That's where he would later pass away. (Source)

Khloe Kardashian Upset That Bruce And Kris Jenner Spend Days Living Apart

After spending almost a quarter century together, Kris and Bruce Jenner recently admitted that the former has bought a separate household away from his female-heavy brood. On occasion, he’ll spend some time away from his family in a bachelor pad of sorts and his stepdaughter. While this may be a useful arrangement for Kris and Bruce, Khloe Kardashian doesn’t particularly like it.
The 28-year-old headed to the set of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno this week to talk about babies, her former gig on The X Factor, and even her mom and stepdad’s new living arrangement, which she says is far more over-the-top than the agreement she and hubby Lamar Odom have made.
The couple has asked the children not to judge them, but Khloe’s typically the most open, honest, and assertive with her feelings within the family and tells the longtime late night host that she just doesn’t get the arrangement.
On the one hand, I can kind of understand Bruce’s need to get away from the cameras and the stress of having tons of females in the house at all times. However, he and Kris still have two girls that are in school and live at home, and I’m not sure that leaving the home for extended periods of time is the best idea in terms of both parenting and setting a good message about relationships and the work they take to stay in good shape. Hopefully, in the future the couple will be able to get along great without too much time apart in different citiies, but it may take the Keeping Up with the Kardashian camera crew leaving the house before that is achieved. Beyonce Cuddles Blue Ivy In a Hot Tub, Shares Personal Vacation Pictures

Blue Ivy Carter has the life! In a new picture posted on Beyonce’s Instagram page, the “Love on Top” singer’s daughter is seen resting on her mama’s chest while relaxing in a hot tub.
The adorable 17-month-old is sporting a striped bathing suit and a little bow in her hair while Beyonce, 31, looks peaceful looking into the distance—donning big sunglasses and earrings, her hair wrapped in a turban.
It’s unclear where the family is vacationing while Bey is on a quick break from The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour, but Jay-Z’s wife sure does look as carefree as ever.
In another picture she shared, the superstar is wearing a loose-fitting white cover-up, showing off her fit and toned bod in a bikini. To the right off her is a bicycle.
Beyonce and her hubby were last spotted on Tuesday, June 4 at 10th anniversary of Pharrell Williams’ Billionaire Boys Club clothing line in New York City.
The latest personal photos come after the star posted a telling picture of her drinking a glass of wine last week, squashing pregnancy rumors. On Wednesday, June 5, Gayle King also denied that Beyonce was expecting baby #2 -- telling viewers on CBS This Morning that the singer’s rep told her she is “absolutely” not pregnant.

Scarlett Johansson Sues French Publisher for Use of Her Name

Scarlett Johansson is seeking to avenge the unauthorized use of her name in a French novel in a suit filed against publisher JC Lattes. She’s seeking compensation and damages from the “breach and fraudulent use of personal rights,” as well as a ban on “future transfer of rights and adaptations of the book.” In the novel The First Thing We Look At, a woman shows up at the door of a mechanic in the northern village of Somme seeking help. At first the mechanic believes she is ‘Scarlett Johansson,’ though sixty pages later it is revealed she is not the actress but simply a doppelganger named Jeanine Foucaprez.
Author Gregoire Delacourt told newspaper Le Figaro that he was “stunned” when he was informed of the suit Friday morning, and also noted that he compared the main male character to Ryan Gosling and his boss to Gene Hackman in the book as an almost immediate way to invoke recognition of characteristics for readers.
“This corresponds with the fantasies of our times. All these famous people live with us,” he said, noting that many personal details of Johansson’s love life have been revealed on the Internet and the public feels as if it knows her. “But I wrote a book of fiction. My character is not Scarlett Johansson, it is Jeanine Foucaprez!”
He describes the novel as an exploration of the “dictatorship of appearances and the true beauty of women,” and says he chose Johansson, currently the face of Dolce & Gabbana and previously Louis Vuitton, because she is considered the “epitome of beauty today.”
The First Thing We Look At has been a best-seller in France since its release on March 20. (Source)

Jessica Simpson sued over OK! Magazine baby picture conspiracy

A Louisiana couple has accused Jessica Simpson for allegedly posing with their baby and allowing it to pass off as her own on the cover of the April 16, 2012 edition of OK! Magazine.
According to documents obtained by The Times-Picayune, one of the parents, Christopher Hurst, was standing in line with his teenage daughter so that she could get an autograph from the 32-year-old singer, the New York Daily News reported.
Hurst alleges that on the suggestion of two people in queue, he allowed the mum-of-one to take a snap with his infant son, Christopher.
The lawsuit claims that when Hurst handed the baby to Simpson, at least one previously unseen photographer dashed towards the front of the line and began clicking images of the child with the 'Fashion Star' mentor.
The suit also asserted that the photographer did not reveal his identity or asked for Hurt's permission to take or disseminate any photographs of their kid.
Hurst insists that he was completely taken aback when a photo of Simpson posing with their son appeared on the magazine, along with a story about Simpson's first few months of motherhood.
The suit said that another tabloid had apparently paid Simpson 800,000 dollars for the rights to the first picture of her actual daughter, Maxwell.
Michael North, Hurst's attorney, wrote that in this case the publication paid his client nothing, despite clear intention to mislead some or all of the consuming public into believing that the photograph on the cover of the subject issue was actually Simpson's first child. (Source)
